REBATE INSTRUCTIONS

1)    a) Email a copy of your invoice from an authorized HiTi dealer that clearly identifies your purchase of one of the ‘qualified’ HiTi models and

       b) Include a completed HiTi Rebate Application Form to

         servicehta@hiti.com with the subject “Hiti Trade in Program”.

       c) Hiti will issue a “Confirmation No.” by return email

2)    Pre-authorized shipping labels for Sony Models: SnapLab UPCR20L, UPDR150 and UPDR200 ONLY will be sent upon return email.

-- For Sony Models: UPXC100, UPXC200, UPXC300, UPCX1,           UPCR10L and HiTi Models S630, S640, Customer is Responsible for Shipping Charges.

3)    Package printer properly to prevent shipping damage and include a copy of the HiTi Rebate Application Form & Confirmation No. with the printer.

4)    Rebate check will be sent upon receipt and inspection of Trade-In model usually within 45 to 60 days.

** For Sony Models: UPXC100, UPXC200, UPXC300, UPCX1, UPCR10L and HiTi Models S630, S640:

** For Sony Models: SnapLab UPCR10L and UPCR20L, and UPDR150, and UPDR200:

-------HiTi will send Shipping Labels for Return of Trade-Ins                                

         Note: Be sure to include your Email Address on the ‘Rebate

               Application Form’ .

** All Trade-Ins Must be in Good Operating Condition. It is the responsibility of the Customer to properly package product to avoid shipping damage.

** HiTi is not responsible for Product that arrives damaged or inoperable.

** No Rebate Checks will Be Issued if Product arrives at HiTi inoperable.

** Rebate Checks will be sent within 45 to 60 days of receipt of Trade-In

   at HiTi.
